My makeup bag essential is definitely BeneFit's Boing under eye concealer. I am a redhead with very fair skin, so under eye concealer is an essential everyday thing for me.
My makeup bag essential is Maybelline Shiny-licious Lip Gloss. I have three of them -- I love that they aren't the least bit sticky, smell amazing (my fave = banana pudding), and give just a hint of color. Also, the shimmer in the gloss makes lips look shiny and full -- and since the color is so sheer, they can be applied on the go without a mirror!
My makeup bag essential is hands down Smith's Lip Balm in Minted Rose. Whether the weather is cold or hot, this helps my lips stay healthy!

Blistex Complete Moisture is my makeup must-have because it does wonders on my chapped-lips days. It is absolutely effective!

My one makeup bag essential is my mascara - Lash Envy by Prescriptives.
If I had to choose one, I guess it would be my MAC Blotting Powder--keeps me shine-free all day long :)
My favorite makeup bag item is Aquatique from Lancome. It makes eye shadow waterproof and in a pinch makes a great cover up.
My favorite makeup bag item is Smashbox Photofinish Foundation Primer. It leaves your face silky smooth and ready for foundation to create a flawless look.
My makeup bag essential is my Tarte FRXtion. It does double duty for my lips- it keeps them soft, smooth and moisturized all day long. AND it even comes with a pop-out mirror! I can't live without it and I have one for every occasion- my makeup bag, my desk and my room.
My makeup bag essential is mascara - currently Laura Mercier's. With minimal effort my face looks pull together.
My makeup bag essential is lip gloss/plumper, hands down. I feel so washed out and blahh without it. Just a little bit of color goes a long way.
