My loyal readers will already know about my recent fascination with nail emporium Dashing Diva. But as if the 150+ colors and amazing pink-and-white salon locations scattered around the New York City area aren't enough, the nail polish franchise has now come up with something even better. The new Extra Virgin Collection, which features eight of Dashing Diva's best-selling shades, contains no DBP (dibutyl phthalate, a plasticizer which has been known to harm the male reproductive system), toluene (the solvent that improves the drying time of polish) or formaldehyde. Without these elements, the polishes are great for pregnant women or customers with heightened sensitivities -- or just for anyone who's a bit more environmentally and bodily conscious! Check out the gorgeous colors...
Chelsea in the Buff: pretty pale pink
Pink Martini Marni: gorgeous mauve-tinged rose
Alpine Heidi: pristine, opaque white
Val-O-Rina: pale, nude-ish beige
Chocolate Charlotte: brown to rival the beautifulness of a Hershey bar
Prima Donna Pink: bold, glamorous fuchsia
Convertible Red Connie: vibrant lipstick red
Kissing Cranberry Kim: deeply rich crimson
The entire collection is available on Dashing Diva's website. Each bottle retails for $7.99. This beauty chick can't wait to stock up on every single shade!
