Totally Beautiful Time at the Total Beauty Summit!

This beauty chick was extremely lucky to spend the last few days in L.A. at the Total Beauty Summit. Hosted by Total Beauty and Intelligent Beauty, it was an intense few days of product testing, session attending, and blogger meeting! I was thrilled to finally put faces with the names of my fabulous fellow bloggers, and absolutely loved the Beauty Tour I attended on Friday. Here's a sampling of what went on over the last few days...

Friday was filled with the absolutely fabulous Beauty Tour ... starting out at the ridiculously early hour of 8am!
1) We stopped at Kate Somerville in the chic and posh Beverly Hills to learn about their treatments, including Dermal Quench -- a hydration treatment that uses a calibrated device to apply Hyaluronic Serum and antixodiants to the skin. In layman's terms, this means your skin looks refreshed, younger and smoother literally in minutes! We all tried it on our hands and were thrilled with the results.
2) We then headed to the L'Oreal Paris store at the Beverly Center ... which was one of the cleanest, well-put-together stores I've seen in quite awhile. The middle of the store has testing stations so you can play with the products, while the white shelves lining the exterior are filled to the brimming with all of L'Oreal's must-have items -- organized by type, of course!
3) After a delicious lunch of sandwiches at the Total Beauty offices, we headed to Anastasia to learn about her exquisitely fantastic line of brow products. Imagine our surprise and delight when Anastasia herself came out to greet us ... and even offered to do one lucky girl's brows in front of us! (The adorable Annie from Bella Sugar was the lucky lady picked out of the jostling crowd of 15 excited bloggers.) We walked out with more brow products than I would have ever thought possible ... and Elke Von Freudenberg even spotted Billy Baldwin!
4) Our last stop of the day was Murad, where we learned about all of their fabulous holistic treatments and were even treated to a meet-and-greet with Dr. Murad's handsome son, Jeff Murad. I fell head-over-heels!

One of my favorite parts of the weekend was finally meeting the bloggers who I admire and read every day, in addition to hanging out with the gals I had already met.
Christine from 15 Minute Beauty Fanatic -- Within seconds of meeting each other, we were fast friends. This girl is so knowledgeable about skincare and nail polish, and she's a blast and a half.
Agostina from makeup2beauty -- Not only is her skin flawless and her makeup perfect, this makeup artist just finished an eight-month stint working with Ellen Degeneres! I was so enthralled by her stories of working as a makeup artist for so many years.
Lilan from The Daily Cookie -- My fellow dimpled partner in crime! Lilan is just fabulous on all levels -- she's smart, she's sweet, she's sassy, and she wasn't afraid to grab the loan male blogger and have him come out with us on Friday night.
Kia from Yummy411 -- This girl is flawless! Her skin and makeup are just gorgeous, and she's one of the sweetest people around. I was just sad she had to leave at 6am on Sunday before we could hang out more!
