Experience the Citrusy Goodness of Hollybeth's Citrus Body Cream

Hollybeth's, Hollybeths, Hollybeth's Citrus Cream, Hollybeths Citrus Cream, moisturizer, lotion, body cream, body moisturizer, body lotion, creamRarely do I come across a product that smells like food and get the urge to actually want to slather it all over my body. But such is totally not the case with Hollybeth's Citrus Body Cream. Upon opening the tub, my first impression was that it smelled exactly like Trix Cereal. But that darned rabbit isn't getting anywhere near this cream ... it's all mine.

Right from the get-go, I was sold on this moisturizer. It has the texture of thick whipped butter, which just feels sinfully rich gliding onto the skin. The scent of Trix permeating throughout is due to the combination of bergamot, litsea, orange and citrus oils baked into the formula, which aid with stress relief, relaxation, purification and revitalization, respectively. Essences of sweet almond oil, beeswax, borax and even tea tree oil can also be found here, which moisturize, soothe, soften and condition the skin to no end.

Now, a word to the wise. This cream is GREASY. I warn you of this fact because, while it will soften your skin immensely, it could leave grease stains on your clothes or sheets if you're not careful! There's not a label on the top saying: Less is more, apply cream & let dry before dressing for no reason. I applied this before bedtime and waited a good 20 minutes before slipping under the sheets.

That being said, this is an absolutely fabulous choice for a really thick moisturizer to use before bedtime. It's especially great on dry areas like knees, elbows and heels -- and my ashy calves are definitely benefiting from nightly use! You can get your own for $22 on Hollybeth's website. So what do you think, are Trix really just for kids?
