Mischa Barton showed up to the Harrod's Summer Sale opening on June 27 wearing some of the heaviest eyeliner I've seen in weeks. Especially since it's summer, I would have expected a lighter, glowier look. But I leave it up to you, fellow beauty chicks. Is her heavy eyeliner a do or a don't? Let me know in the comments!

I like heavy eyeliner...but thats too heavy for me! It just doesn't look right on her!
I think she's beautiful. But she kind of looks like a deranged kitten in this picture (Or like Elijah Woods in drag...) OK, that's not nice :P
Maybe it was just a bad angle/shot. The eyeliner doesn't bother me as much as the lack of overall cohesion.
