When last I spoke of Katharine McPhee, I showed you her new blonde hairstyle and asked what you thought. Then I found some new pictures of her that, at first glance, made the style look really good. (See above photo for evidence.) A shaggy short 'do that's very sweet, sassy and cute. Unfortunately, another photo made me rethink that assessment:
Oh, Katharine McPhee. Why would you turn it into a mushroom-like, strangely futuristic cut with a close-cropped underlayer? I'm just still not feeling it.

Folks, that's the same haircut from a different angle. She's even wearing the same clothes. Can everybody just use their eyeballs and realize that McPhee is going to be gorgeous no matter what kind of hair she has?
Katherine is lucky enough to be so pretty she oan probably pull off any hairstyle but geeez....
Her hair was so sexy and dramatic and gorgeous. She had so many options to choose from and still make a dramatic change while retaining a sexy dramatic look. Instead she chose a nondescript semi-androgynous style that, in my opnion, does nothing for her except make her indistinguishable when she goes out in public. Why?
