Glee has quickly become one of my favorite TV shows of the season, and it's in no small part due to rising starlet Lea Michele. This super-talented actress and songstress has got what it takes to stay in the business for years to come! But while her on-screen persona of Rachel Berry is lacking a bit in the glamour department, Lea definitely likes to change it up on the red carpet. I'm totally digging her look at the FOX Fall Eco Casino Party on October 16 -- the matte red lips and black nail polish (see below for a closeup) stole the show.
