Steal the Look: Carey Mulligan at the 67th Annual Golden Globe Awards

Carey Mulligan, 67th Annual Golden Globe Awards, Golden Globes, award, awards, award show, awards show, award ceremony, awards ceremony, Gregory Arlt, MAC, M.A.C, MAC Cosmetics, M.A.C Cosmetics, makeup, makeup artist, red carpetBudding starlet Carey Mulligan looked fresh and beautiful at the 67th Annual Golden Globe Awards, thanks to my very favorite makeup artist Gregory Arlt. “My inspiration for Carey’s look was pure English Rose," Gregory said. "I wanted to keep the skin luminous and cool with a sweet pink cheek, the eyes soft yet defined with gray metallic shadows, and the lips a just bitten berry stain.” Here's how he accomplished the look -- using all M.A.C products, of course.

SKIN:
Foundation: C2 Face and Body mixed with a drop of Care Blends Oil and Strobe Liquid "for a luminous glow," Gregory said.
Powder: Light Medium Mineralized Skinfinish
Upper cheeks: Pearl Cream Color Base for highlight
Blush: Well Dressed Powder Blush

EYES:
Brow Highlight: Pfloof! Eyeshadow
Crease: Truce and Copperplate Eyeshadows
Eyelids: Satin Taupe Eyeshadow
Outer corners: Print Eyeshadow
Upper liner: Suspicion and Carbon Eyeshadows
Mascara: Backsplash Waterproof Mascara on the upper lashes only

LIPS:
"I created a custom lip balm/stain for Carey," Gregory said. "I mixed half a drop of rose oil and half a drop of mint oil into M.A.C Lip Conditioner with a drop of Crimson Lipmix, Burgundy Lipmix and one-fourth drop of Black Lipmix to create the perfect berry stain. Consumers can try Plum Perfect Lip Conditioner at home."
