What to Do in LA: WonderWorld

A popup inspired by Alice in Wonderland. Well, that's all I needed to hear to know I wanted to check out WonderWorld!

This adorable popup is located smack in the middle of Hollywood, right on Hollywood Boulevard. I'm not going to lie, I typically avoid Hollywood Boulevard like the plague -- but I made an exception for this popup and I'm so glad I did!

WonderWorld describes the space as "an experience-first brand fueled by the power of imagination and connection. Down the rabbit hole we go!"

Each room features art installations that are meant to stimulate your imagination and transport you to a world of wonder. And, of course, you are highly encouraged to snap them all for the 'gram!

I went with my super fun Disney partner in crime, Erin from @braidsandbigearrings. I didn't even think about asking anyone else, because I knew she was the absolute perfect person to bring! And, of course, we somehow coordinated our outfits without even meaning to, because we're just always in sync about that kind of thing.

Here are a few pictures of the experience.

There isn't really anything that makes me happier than being surrounded by heart and star plush pillows.

Right before I hopped up on this bench, I changed into my sparkly JustFab boots. A guy working there happened to be passing by and said, "Did you just do a costume change?" Why, yes, sir. Yes I most absolutely did.

This deceptively makes me look like I can do the splits. I actually can't, but I'm glad I look more flexible than I am!

Enjoying the mirror room with Erin! Just so you know, you're basically enclosed in a little 4x4 room, so it's HOT in there.

I don't typically toot my own horn when it comes to picture taking, but I have to say I REALLY love how this one came out. I had seen the moon pool on WonderWorld's Instagram beforehand and knew I wanted a shot like this, and I'm so glad it came together the way I envisioned!
