During my recent trip to Boston, I had the absolute pleasure of staying at The Godfrey Hotel Boston. This is, hands down, one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed in!
From the moment my mom and I arrived until the moment we (sadly) had to leave, we were treated like queens and enjoyed every single second. We did actually move rooms after our first night, since we could hear a little too much street noise from our first room — but the hotel was so gracious about it and ensured our next room was pin drop silent. Aside from that one minor inconvenience, I have only wonderful things to say about my experience!
First of all, the beds are so comfortable that I literally fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow every night. The rain shower head was so hot and powerful that I never wanted to leave the shower. And the rooms were perfectly equipped with everything we could desire — from free water, coffee, and snacks, to complimentary Frette robes!
The location is also perfect! It’s downtown, one block from the Boston Common and close to many restaurants and shops (including Primark, where my mom and I definitely indulged!). There’s a fantastic coffee shop attached to the hotel as well. The only thing I missed was having drinks in the lounge, simply because we ran out of time!
I loved the rugs being constantly changed in the elevator — one for morning, afternoon, and evening! |
No detail was spared — there was even a personalized TV screen in our hotel room! |
Enjoying some time in the lobby of the hotel. Dress: Free People from Nuuly. Earrings: BaubleBar for Target. Shoes: JustFab. |
I loved the lobby of the hotel! It was very inviting, with comfortable couches and chairs spaced out around the interior. Dress and shoes: Stoney Clover Lane for Target. |
All in all, this was a truly fantastic stay, and a hotel I would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Boston! For more information about the Godfrey Hotel Boston and to book a stay, visit godfreyhotelboston.com.
