Blossoming with Elizabeth Arden Green Tea Lotus

Elizabeth Arden, lotus, Green Tea Lotus, green tea, fragrance, perfume, scent, aroma, Elizabeth Arden perfume, Elizabeth Arden fragrance
On my continuous search for the perfect summer fragrance, I recently stumbled upon Elizabeth Arden Green Tea Lotus. A few words spring to mind when thinking about how to describe it, among them crisp, delicate and fresh.

A beautiful blend of floral and musky notes is utterly enchanting in Elizabeth Arden's latest perfume venture. Top notes of plum, cherry blossom, yuzu and mandarin combine with middle notes of aglaia, blossoming lotus, green tea, osmanthus and jasmine tea, while base notes of musks and white birch finish it off. Part simple and part completely alluring, it seems to sparkle and glisten in the air, creating an exotic feel.

While I normally don't like musky scents, I love that this one isn't too heavy or cloying once on the skin. It dries down lightly, shimmering and creating an almost fragrant halo. It's not too overpowering, and I love that it evokes the feel of an ancient Japanese garden positively littered with lotus blossoms.
