Trend-Filled Thursdays: Orange and Black Products

Halloween is just around the corner, and you know what that means ... time for skeletons, witches and candy corn. But in the beauty world, it means only one thing -- orange and black products! So whether you're into orange eyeshadow or the season's biggest trend, black lipstick (click here for more details on that one), there are tons of fab options out there for you.

BLACK PRODUCTS

Philosophy Black Licorice High Foaming Shampoo, Shower Gel & Bubble Bath ($16 at philosophy.com): I'm telling the absolute truth when I say this gives off the exact aroma of black licorice. And while I hate the taste of this candy, I love the smell -- so I'm incredibly thrilled to lather up with it every day!

Pop Beauty Eye Class in Smokey Eyes ($32 at sephora.com): 12 shades of shadow, from brown to grey, mean you can create a plethora of gorgeous eye looks. I personally can't wait to use smoky steel grey.

Noir Cosmetics Ultra Rich Black Eye Pencil ($15 at noircosmetics.com): The perfect thick eye pencil that draws a precise line so fabulously rich, you'll be hard-pressed to find a better smoky eye anywhere.

Estee Lauder TurboLash All Effects Motion Mascara ($30 at esteelauder.com): Much talk has been made of the new vibrating mascara trend, and this is one of the best. If you don't mind that it vibrates as soon as you unscrew the cap, you'll be pleasantly surprised by the length and plushness it provides even the most spidery lashes.

ORANGE PRODUCTS

Slatkin & Co. Boxed Filled Candle in Pumpkin ($12.25 at bathandbodyworks.com): I've been obsessing over this candle ever since the temperature dropped below 60 degrees. Not only does it smell exactly like pumpkin seeds roasting in the oven, the jar is emblazoned with -- you guessed it -- orange pumpkins! But my fave part? The 50-hour burn time, which means I can indulge in pumpkiny goodness for a long time to come.

Essie Nail Polish in Alligator Purse ($8 at essieshop.com): Looking for a creamy polish that looks perfect no matter what the season -- but especially fits in with the cool temperatures of fall? Well, this one is it. And the best part? It looks great on tips and toes!

Jaqua Peach Parfait Exfoliating Body Polish ($14 at jaquabeauty.com): One of my all-time fave body scrubs? Definitely. This one exfoliates like there's no tomorrow, and doesn't leave skin feeling the least bit greasy or oily. Plus, it smells absolutely fantastic -- the scent of peach just encourages you to keep sniffing and sniffing!

Lancome Juicy Tubes Maharani Jewels in Guava Enchantment ($18 at lancome-usa.com): Ahh, Juicy Tubes. How I love you ... let me count the ways. Seriously, though, this is just the latest in a long string of Juicy Tubes I'm excited to put in my personal collection! It's glossy, gorgeous and utterly, well, juicy!
