Wallet-Friendly Wednesdays: CoverGirl LashBlast Luxe Shimmery Volumizing Mascara

Back in January, I told you about the amazingness of CoverGirl LashBlast Mascara. (Click here if you need a recap.) Well, not only am I still loving the original -- but now CoverGirl's gone ahead and come out with a whole new formula, CoverGirl LashBlast Luxe Shimmery Volumizing Mascara.

So what is LashBlast Luxe, you might ask? This mascara has the same formula as the tried and true original, but the company has gone ahead and punched it up with a bit of sparkle. Each of the tubes has just a touch of glitter added so that your eyes pop that much more. Choose from the following shades:

Black Emerald
Black Platinum
Black Cabernet
Black Royale

My fave is definitely Black Platinum, which just makes even my long, dark lashes incredibly lush and thick. And somehow it's still totally appropriate for daytime!

Plus, I'm still totally loving the fat brush. You definitely can't say CoverGirl is skimping on the amount of bristles! And even though it's on the bigger side, as mascara brushes go, it seems to pick up and enhance every single lash -- even the hard-to-reach baby ones on the inner and outer corners!
