As makeup goes, I tend to keep my face pretty free. Once in awhile, I wear eyeshadow or swipe on some lipgloss. But to be honest, I typically stay away from bright pinks since they feel too overwhelming and attention grabbing. Well, I certainly changed my tune the moment I discovered MAKE Cream Luminous Lip Gloss in Dragon Fruit.

It takes a lot for me to love a lipgloss. It can't be sticky or tacky. I can't be constantly catching strands of hair in it. It has to make my lips feel soft and moisturized, regardless of whether I'm wearing lip balm underneath. And, of course, the color has to be beautiful and flattering.

The packaging of this MAKE lipgloss is just so uber chic.

Well, just look at this one! MAKE's formula is, as the name would suggest, SUPER creamy. It nourishes and smoothes lips while adding tons of shine. I love the applicator, which is super plush. Slight curves and indentations really grab the lips and accurately apply the lip color. And seriously, how chic is that tube?

Seriously, look how creamy this is!

I'm definitely rethinking my previous non-wearing of bright pink lip colors after how much I love this one. Bold and beautiful, here I come!

  1. I had a MAKE gloss and you described the texture well. I don't like anything that's going to make my hair stick to it so I was impressed with it.

  2. This is a gorgeous gloss! I have a couple of their lipsticks and eyeshadows, but clearly I need to try their glosses. The texture that you described sounds just like my type of gloss!
