THE SKINCARE BEAUTY EMPTIES
As much as I love skincare -- and I really, truly, passionately love skincare -- I actually haven't used up too much in this department recently. But these four products got some love!
First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Hydrating Serum
The gel texture sinks right into skin and leaves it feeling ultra nourished and looking super fresh and glowy.

Bath & Body Works Golden Pineapple Luau Gentle Foaming Hand Soap
I always stock up on these foaming hand soaps from Bath & Body Works and then I have them for ages. Unfortunately this one is no longer available, but it smelled just like fresh pineapples and made my hands feel so clean.
Glossier Milky Jelly Cleanser
Oh, this cleanser. I AM SO IN LOVE WITH IT. I've used it up three times already! Check out my full review here.

Baby Foot Original Exfoliating Foot Peel
Yes, it's worth alllll the hype. And yes, you have to be prepared for your skin to flake off in crazy scary sheets for at least a week. I've used it three times and I've never been disappointed! Full review here.
THE BATH & BODY EMPTIES
High end, low end, drugstore, department store, mass market, niche ... I've used up a little bit of everything recently!
Kiehl's Creme de Corps Nurturing Body Washing Cream
I originally started using this body wash when I broke my ankle and couldn't wash my leg for over a month. My skin was so leathery, I was worried it would never recover! (You know the roommate in There's Something About Mary? Yeah, my leg looked like her entire body.) This body wash brought my skin back to its regular supple texture almost immediately -- thank goodness!

Nature's Gate Açai Body Wash
I was pretty darn devastated when I hit the final dregs of this sweet-smelling body wash. The aroma was clean and pretty, sweet but not cloying, while the formula lathered up perfectly. It was a definite staple of my shower regimen while it lasted!
Pacifica Tuscan Blood Orange Body Wash
I'm a sucker for all things blood orange, so this body wash was definitely right up my alley. Citrus scents are just so divine, right? The lather from this baby was great, and it definitely made a zingy, zesty impression.
Weleda Citrus Creamy Body Wash
Another citrus body wash that had my heart! I'm not always a fan of creamy body washes as I find they don't lather up appropriately, but this one created bubbles in spades. Not to mention it smelled amazing!

Bath & Body Works Warm Vanilla Sugar Shower Gel
Hey girl. This body wash has been one of my tried and true faves for YEARS. Like, since the 90s. It just smells delicious and homey and EXACTLY like vanilla. Um, yes. A million times yes.

THE HAIR EMPTIES
A few hair products made their way into my empties recently as well. These are the products so good, my hair was at its true best!
Redken All Soft Shampoo and Conditioner
If you're looking for locks that are soft, smooth and suuuper easy to manage, this is the shampoo and conditioner duo you've been missing. The scent is fresh and clean, a dime-sized amount of each is enough to tame your tresses, and you're left with crazy soft strands. What more could you ask for?

Rock Your Hair Leave-In Conditioner Weightless Detangler
I reviewed this at length here, so I'll just say this. IT WORKS. I have an issue getting my hands through my hair without a good leave-in conditioner, and this adorable one most definitely does the trick!

Aussie 3-Minute Miracle Smooth Deep Conditioner
OH. MY. GOD. If I could only bring one hair product with me on a desert island, I'm pretty sure this would be it. I don't know how Aussie does it, but it really is only 3 minutes to picture perfect, crazy smooth strands that stay that way for DAYS. "In love" doesn't even begin to cover it.

Briogeo Don't Despair, Repair! Deep Conditioning Mask
This little tube showed up in my Sephora Play box a few months back, and while I was really excited to try it -- so much so that I immediately placed it upon a pedestal (or as close as I could get to one) in my shower -- it took me awhile to actually get around to trying it. Well, color my face red, because when I finally did? Um, GENIUS! I used the whole tube in one go and my tresses were soft, soft, SOFT. (Did I mention soft?) I'll definitely be purchasing the full size for future use!

Great empties, I love finishing up hair products that usually means it was amazing. If something is damaging my hair I give it away or toss it lol
ReplyDeleteWell done, girl! So many full size products. I wish BBW had the pineapple scent still - I would have loved that in a shower gel. And I will come back to this post when I finally make a dent in all the body washes I need to use up because they all sound relish.
ReplyDeleteImpressive job on your empties, Jamie! I can't believe how many full-soize products that you finished!
ReplyDeletei always loved warm vanilla sugar!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE that Redken line!! It makes my hair SUPER soft and smells so good!!
ReplyDeleteWow, you've used up a lot. Well done!!!!
ReplyDeleteLOL, Warm Vanilla Sugar - also on my holiday list when it comes back in stock for the colder weather! I love it!
ReplyDeleteI just got an email from a reader about Baby Foot. She was mad at me for recommending it since it didn't work for her. Her email shocked me since it's not really my fault if it didn't work for her. I should send her your way!!
ReplyDeleteIt takes me forever to use up skincare so I'm impressed.
So many great empties! I'm the same with B&BW hand soap because they smell so good.
ReplyDeleteI have one hairproduct I really want to see an empty bottle on. A conditioner that smells horrible!
ReplyDeleteI definitely need to try that Aussie deep conditioner!
