What to Do in LA: Visit Bubble Planet Experience

Jamie Allison Sanders visits Bubble World/The Bubble Planet Experience popup museum in Los Angeles' Montebello neighborhood.
Life is the bubbles! I was recently invited to check out Bubble Planet Experience and had such a great time! I took my friend Jen along for the extremely bubbly ride.

In case you’re wondering what lies in store (or should I say floats?) once you arrive at Bubble World, here’s what you can look forward to:

11 sensory, bubble-themed experiences

Yes, you read that right! There are 11 different bubble rooms to experience here. My favorites were the Balloon Getaway, Selfie Room, LED Room and Infinity Room.

VR experience

Soar among the clouds, dive into the sea, and … well, I don’t want to spoil any more of of this out-of-this-world VR experience for you! It's included in a VIP ticket, or an extra $5 without VIP.

Bubble Bath and Bubble Ocean

Jen and I skipped those, since there were a LOT of people in each one and we didn’t want to climb in and out of different tubs or rooms, but if that’s your thing, go for it.

This is a very kid-friendly experience, so just keep in mind that you will definitely see a lot of children running around! Overall, I had a lot of fun here — there are so many different and unique photo experiences. We spent about an hour and a half wandering through the different rooms. It's definitely a unique getaway in LA!
