The T3 SinglePass Straightener: Say Hello to Sleek, Shiny Tresses!

Post a comment!

T3, T3 SinglePass Straightener, flat iron, straightener, straightening iron, iron, hair iron, hair, hair product, styling product, hair toolFrizzy. Dry. Coarse. Kinky. Unmanageable. Downright ugly. All terms I’ve used to describe my hair in the past. Luckily, I can kick each and every one of them out of my vocab thanks to the brand-new T3 SinglePass Straightener.

Before this miracle-worker came into my life, I thought it was only possible to achieve salon-worthy locks by, well, going to the salon. And while I’m not discounting the technical skill of my fabulous stylists, I’m happy to know I can achieve similar results at home on a daily basis. After a quick blowdry and only 8 minutes with this straightening iron, my locks were smooth, silky and touchably soft. Observe the miracle happenings upon first use:

1) I walked to and from work in a major snowstorm and my hair didn’t frizz AT ALL.

2) Coworkers complimented me all day long on how straight and shiny my hair looked.

3) My highlights seemed to shimmer and peek out better than they had just one day before.

A true miracle, right? Not to mention the 1” ceramic plates and fully adjustable digital heating for a variety of hair types work to ensure you’ll have straight, silky locks no matter what your texture.

The T3 SinglePass Straightener retails for $160.

To Sing the Praises of the T3 Medium Duality Flat Iron

Post a comment!

While in Israel, I did something shocking: I didn't bring a hairdryer or flat iron. (I'll wait for the screams and the intakes of breath to finish.) I had been told by many people that, even with the correct adapters and converters, they were bound to blow up -- and no way was I letting anything happen to my precious T3 Medium Duality Flat Iron.

This baby has seen me through some pretty tough hair times. No matter what the situation, it bails me out in merely minutes -- transforming my unruly mane from a kinky, curly-wavy mess to a sheet of pure shine. So let me tell you, being without it for 10 whole days was frightening. Luckily, some gals on the trip with me had brought flat irons and hairdryers, so of course I made friends with them -- but they didn't hold a candle to my precious T3.

The Tourmaline plates of the T3 work to straighten my hair without burning or singing it off, and there's never that rough feeling that comes from pulling other straightening irons through your hair. I've tried tons of other ceramic flat irons, and I'm here to tell you this one is the best. Hands down, the best. Try it for just five minutes and I guarantee you'll be hooked.

And I know I'm never leaving the country without it again.

The T3 Medium Duality Flat Iron retails for $160.

Post a comment!

In honor of Labor Day -- originally meant to protect union workers but now basically symbolizing the end to summer -- I've decided to compile a list of the beauty products I use that require little or no effort. No labor, if you will. Check out my labor-free product choices after the jump!

Lusts of the Week

Post a comment!

I can hardly wait for this Friday. I will be sitting in the theater watching Twilight! In the meantime, I've found a breath or two in which to find a few products I'm loving this week.

Lusts of the Week

Post a comment!

Well, fall is officially here! I've been wearing my elbow length gloves and my wool peacoat all week. I guess I didn't think this day would actually come! When I'm not shivering in my Uggs, though, I'm playing with tons of products. And here are the ones impressing me this week!

Lusts of the Week: The Luxe List

Post a comment!

Something a bit different for my Lusts of the Week this time, fellow beauty chicks. This week, I'm discussing three products that, yes, cost way more than my lunch and dinner for the week. But they're all so utterly fabulous that it's simply insane not to love them on sight. Whether these stay as lusts or become musts for all of you remains to be seen ... but I certainly can't live without them!

Must-Have Mondays: T3 Evolution Hair Dryer

A good hair dryer? That might just be the #1 item this beauty chick needs in her arsenal. I've gone through many a hair dryer over the years, none of which last as long as the warranty says they will and all of which come to disappoint me in some way. So I was a teensy bit curious and pretty apprehensive about trying out the T3 Evolution Dryer, especially because of its hefty $300 price tag. But I decided to give it a whirl, since my old Vidal Sassoon dryer was on its last legs -- the cool shot didn't even work anymore!

The design itself is quite sleek -- the white dryer features a line of rhinestone detailing up the back and is very portable at 13.5oz. Even with the incredibly long time it takes to dry my thick hair, my arm doesn't get tired holding this! It's also much quieter than my previous few dryers -- set to the highest and fastest setting, it still barely makes any noise! Of course that made me think it wouldn't dry my hair quickly, even though it's a 2000-watt dryer, but imagine my shock and surprise when my hair has consistently been completely dry in five minutes!

Whether I'm using a round brush or just doing the quick blow-dry-and-go, whether I've waited a bit to dry it or just pick the dryer up right out of the shower, it keeps the drying time to a minimum. I also love that there are three speed settings, two heat settings and a cool shot button -- so no matter what combination I use, my hair comes out shiny and sleek. Plus it comes with replacement air filters, which I've never seen come with a hair dryer before and have to say I much appreciate!

Unfortunately, this product is no longer available.

Blessed By The Hair Gods: T3 Medium Duality

Straight. Shiny. Sleek. Glossy. Glistening. All the things my hair is not, unless I find the right products and styling aids to do the job. And luckily, even though I was not blessed by the hair gods with the shiniest hair around, no one needs ever know that with the recent introduction of T3 products into my daily hair regimen.

T3's hair dryers and flat irons from the Bespoke Labs line are manufactured with the brand's patented Tourmaline process, ensuring that everyone's hair can look as good as the lucky girls from the Pantene commercials.
