Lusts of the Week

What am I lusting after this week? Well, that's what my Lusts of the Week column is here to tell you! Keep reading to discover what I just couldn't live without this week if I tried.

Stella McCartney, Stella McCartney Stella Eau de Parfum Rollerball, rollerball perfume, fragrance

Stella McCartney Stella Eau de Parfum Roll-On ($20 at sephora.com): You know those tubs of products at the Sephora counters? The "we know you're about to spend $100 but why not throw a couple of these adorable travel-sized items on top of your order" bins? Well, I am way too susceptible to those. I walk in looking for a lipgloss and walk out with shampoo, hand lotion and -- my very personal favorite -- this absolutely adorable miniature version of one of my already fave scents. The heady floral aroma might be a little too strong or heavy for some during the hot summer months, but I totally love it. I've taken to carrying it around in my purse at all times for quick touchups -- because any self-respecting beauty chick knows the worst possible thing to do in New York is be caught unawares without a fresh application of perfume.

Jaqua Peach Bellini Shower Creme, Jaqua, shower gel, body wash
Jaqua Peach Bellini Shower Creme: Some people may be hard-pressed to name their favorite drink. I'm not -- it's a peach Bellini, hands down. There's just something so deliciously exotic about it. So when Jaqua introduced this body wash, I was totally on board. Luckily, it did not disappoint! The scent is delectable, the cream lathers wonderfully and it's formulated with tons of good for the skin ingredients like aloe extract, macadamia oil and Vitamin B5. Plus it makes my shower smell like a tropical vacation. Some mornings I even find myself lathering up twice just to get another whiff of the scent before getting ready for work!
Note: This product is no longer available.

H20+, H20+ Sea Salt Hydrating Body Butter, body lotion, body cream, moisturizer
H20+ Sea Salt Hydrating Body Butter ($21 at h20plus.com): Coconut. Green tea. Vegetable oils. Vitamins C and E. All of these elements combine to create one seriously moisturizing and nourishing lotion. After some recent beach time, and all the changes between my frigid office and balmy outdoor temperatures, my legs were looking much the worse for wear. They were ashy, dry and otherwise unseemly. A few nights of slathering this lotion all over them and voila! They were completely restored to their original smooth state. The slight medicinal scent was a bit off-putting at first, but now I'm used to it and even find myself looking forward to it before bed. Hey, if it's making my legs this soft, I've got no complaints!
