Lusts of the Week

Is it Friday yet? This week seems to be going quite slowly, does it not? Luckily I have the wedding of two dear friends this Saturday to look forward to! And, of course, I've found a few fabulous products along the way. Check out what I'm lusting over this week!

H20+, H20+ Sea Marine Shower Scent, shower mist
H20+ Sea Marine Shower Scent: If you're looking to turn your bathroom into a spa, this is definitely the product for you. The little bottle is meant to bring calm, peace and serenity into your shower. And I can safely say that it does! A few spritzes turn even my tiny stall shower into a blissful paradise. The sea marine scent makes me feel like I'm at a spa getting a massage -- it's clean, fragrant and utterly divine.

Pureology, Pureology Hair Glossing Mist, hair products, hair treatment, shine spray
Pureology Glossing Mist ($26 at drugstore.com): Now, I'm not going to lie. I hated this product when I first tried it. It left my hair greasy and really slick to the touch. But I refused to give up so easily ... I just knew that with the right technique, I could really make it work. And lo and behold, now I am a total convert! I found that rather than misting it directly onto hair, it's better to spritz it onto palms and then lightly pat it into your tresses. This way, you're still getting the benefits, but they've been diluted a bit. You'll be left with hair that's glossy, shiny and fantastically sleek ... not to mention the line's signature Antifade Complex helps to repair and protect those tresses all day long!

OPI, OPI Tickle My France-Y, nail polish, nail lacquer, nail varnish, nails, manicure
OPI Tickle My France-Y ($8.50 at drugstore.com): The perfect work to weekend shade? I've found it. This color goes effortlessly from a black-tie wedding to the office to a night out for cocktails. Trust me ... I've done all of these in the past month, each time wearing this polish, and I get nothing but compliments and oohs and ahhs! People just can't seem to get enough of the color. I think it's the fact that it changes depending on the light. Sometimes it's purple, sometimes it's mauve, sometimes it's grey, sometimes it's taupe ... the multifaceted dimensions of this polish just keep on coming and coming! I've never been one for signature polish shades -- I like to change mine up too frequently -- but this may just make it onto the most requested list.
