So I'm out walking around and all of a sudden I see a salon named Shear Bliss. And this got me thinking about the corniness of some salon names. So my beauty question today is this: What is the corniest salon name you've seen? Let me know in the comments. And as a special bonus, I'll pick one winner to receive a special prize of beauty goods! So do your worst!
funny question! there is actually a salon called 'The Mens Room' in the area-- the name is cheesy and borderline gross to me, LOL!
ReplyDeleteOoooh, there's one named Hairvoyant near me.
ReplyDeleteMane Street. At first I thought that was witty, but then I got annoyed.
ReplyDeleteLaDonn's Hair Affair. (eww).
ReplyDelete"Magic Fingers"! And their "magic" was of the darkest sort because the stylists there were so BAD that they could instantly ruin a good head of hair!
ReplyDeleteWe have a few in our area:
ReplyDeleteHair We Are (like Here We Are)
Cut Ups!
Strandz
Shear Wonders
They are all pretty corny if you ask me!
I live by this place called "Hair Dare You" lol
ReplyDeletecurl up and dye kinda scary really.
ReplyDeleteHaha yes there is a place near my house called Curl Up 'n Dye. My friend got her hair done there once though and said it came out good.
ReplyDeleteThere is a salon actually named Bushwackers and Warpaints located in Lake Jackson, Texas.
ReplyDeleteCutting Loose
ReplyDeleteOkay, so it's a Spa but they DO have a salon... "Right Touch." It really creeps me out; the photo they use on their business card is part of Michaelangelo's "finger of God," scene. So creepy AND blasphemous/presumptuous.

OK, it doesn't really have to do with beauty, but I just have to share - this post reminds me of a bread shop we have here called ... wait for it.. "Bread Pitt" (Brad pitt). LOL! I thought it was hilarious
