Deborah Lippmann Believe. While celebrity manicurist Deborah Lippmann has actually renamed her collection -- now it's the eponymous Deborah Lippmann -- I've owned this bottle since before the change. I love that it changes color in the light -- it transcends the boundaries between gold and silver and brings just enough shimmer to my daytime looks without becoming overpowering. Plus, Deborah created it with Cher! Pretty cool, right?
