What Do You Look For in a Mascara?

Curling. Lengthening. Thickening. Volumizing. We all have the attributes most important to us when picking out a mascara. I, for example, already have fairly long lashes -- so I want one that will make them hit my glasses. I'd rather have a mascara that's buildable, since I like to apply at least two coats -- maybe three for a fancy night out!

What do you look for in a mascara? Let me know your tips and tricks in the comments!

  1. Most mascaras land up somewhere beneath my lower lashes, all smudgey (and NOT by design), so I'm a huge fan of those tubular formulas. Really liking Maybelline Lash Stiletto as it's got the tubes but adds more length/volume than, say, a Kiss Me mascara. And it doesn't smudge!

  2. I have been using this new Eyelash Growth Gel called Lash-em and it’s been working great. After just 2 weeks, my eyelashes are so much longer. I have tried so many other products that say they will lengthen your eyelashes, but they never work! I am in love with this stuff and won’t ever use anything else. You should definitely try out this product. Their website is http://www.lash-em.com
