I'm starting a new feature on The Beauty of Life! I'm always admiring people's manicures -- I'm the girl handing over my credit card at the cash register, telling the person on the other side, "Your manicure is AWESOME!" And I decided it would be great to share those manicures with my lovely readers! So, allow me to introduce Manicure Spotting!
First up: the lovely Eleanor from the 5th Avenue Apple Store. I spent about five hours there yesterday (on two separate visits, please don't get me started), and during my second visit, I couldn't help but notice Eleanor's nails. I first noticed the shape, because they were filed into super-cool long points. (I was amazed at the ease with which she could check people in on the red iPads using the talons!) But once I got a closer look, I became completely enamored, because the color was AMAZING. Eleanor had acrylics applied and shaped, and then she painted them with Sephora by OPI Looks Like Rain, Dear -- the most gorgeous gold with both fine and chunky flecks of glitter.
Sephora by OPI Looks Like Rain, Dear retails for $9.50 at sephora.com.
