I have one burning question for every person I interview in the beauty industry:
What are your 5 favorite beauty products?
I realized lately that I have never answered this question myself! And, I must admit, picking only 5 is extremely difficult. But, lo and behold, I present my 5 favorite beauty products for you.
Maybe you'll think I'm acting like a tween for liking these. But I don't care how old I get, or how many lip balms I try ... these are the absolute best! I've been known to buy out the supply of Lip Smackers at Target, to keep them in every purse and every room of my apartment, to recommend them to every single person who asks me about lip balm. It's difficult for me to pick a favorite flavor, but if hard pressed, I would say Watermelon ... although Vanilla is pretty tasty, too. I love the myriad flavors, and I love that they keep my lips moisturized better than any other balm I've tried. Ever.

I never do a manicure without the stuff. I even bring it with me to nail salons! It dries nails in five minutes flat, it keeps them glossy for over a week, and it prevents chipping. And did I mention that it dries your nails IN FIVE MINUTES? My one complaint is that it thickens if not used up quickly enough, but with all the manicures I've done recently, that hasn't been a problem.

Admittedly, I don't wear a lot of makeup. In fact, entire weeks go by when I don't wear a stitch of it. But whenever I'm looking to add a little drama to my eyes, I go for a Paint Pot. I love that Paint Pots can be worn as a primer or an eyeshadow -- they stay in place without creasing, fading or smudging for hours, no matter how hot and sweaty you might get! The formula is like none other I've tried. Plus, every color is gorgeous.

If money were no object, I'd buy a lifetime stockpile of this moisturizer. It sinks into skin immediately upon contact, leaving behind the most beautiful, radiant glow. I absolutely love the cream-gel consistency. Plus, it's LA MER. Enough said.

If this product is ever discontinued, I think I might die. Okay, maybe that's being a bit over dramatic. But, in all actuality, it's the only product that lets me get a brush through my easily tangled strands, not to mention it smells amazing and lasts for months. Really, I don't know what I would do without it.
