#ManiMonday: Revlon Parfumerie Scented Nail Enamel in Wintermint

Revlon, Revlon Parfumerie Scented Nail Enamel Wintermint, nail polish, nail lacquer, nail varnish, nails, manicure, mani monday, #manimonday
Scented nail polish? It just can't be something that really works, right? Or at least that's what I thought before I tried Revlon Parfumerie Scented Nail Enamel in Wintermint.

I'm totally in love with both the concept and the execution of this polish. The color alone is enough to set my heart aflutter! Two coats yield opaque mint green with a smattering of gold and turquoise glitter flecks. I'm impressed with the glitter payoff, which is considerable without any added work. The brush is just large enough to cover the nail easily without being so large that it overpowers smaller nails and nail beds. And the formula isn't streaky or patchy at all.

But I know what you're really wondering is whether or not the polish is actually scented ... and if the scent is fabulous or terrible. Well, I'm here to report that this polish in particular does smell of mint! The scent isn't too strong at all, but if you happen to pass your hands by your face, you'll be hit with just a slight whiff of mint. It even stays on through top coat, multiple hand washings, the application of hand cream and a shower!

Now that's minty fresh.

Revlon Parfumerie Scented Nail Enamel in Wintermint retails for $5.99 at drugstore.com.
