Throwback Thursday: Having Fun in the Baby Pool

July 4 is this weekend (side note: HOW is it July already?), and it got me thinking about how much I used to love going to the pool in the heat of summer. When I was a kid, I couldn't think of anything more fun than spending every day and night at the swimming pool. As you can see from the photo above, my love of the pool started pretty darn early.

In the early 80's, I just couldn't get enough of the baby pool. I loved splashing around and going down that little slide. I've recently been thinking about joining a country club in Pittsburgh, and it mainly centers around how much I miss going to the pool. I'd say it's fairly obvious from this photo at least that I was having the time of my life!
