The staying power of a stain. The intense color of a liquid lipstick. The high shine of a gloss. Too Faced claims you get all three with this one little tube ... and, you know what? THEY'RE RIGHT.
I was sent four different colors to play with, as you can see from the photo above:
Melted Fig
Melted Peony
Melted Fuchsia
Melted Berry
This lipstick had been getting so much hype that I have to admit I was skeptical. Especially as someone who doesn't tend to wear lipstick very often -- and certainly doesn't wear colors other than pale pink or nude basically, well, EVER, I just didn't know if I believed how fabulous this one would be. I'm so glad I was proven wrong.
All of the shades in the collection are incredibly beautiful. The color inside the tube matches EXACTLY to the color outside -- not an easy feat, I've discovered. The formula is highly pigmented, and I love the felt tip applicator that produces just enough product to really cover your lips without making them feel sticky or goopy.
I've mainly been wearing Melted Peony and Melted Fuchsia. Melted Peony is a gorgeous pale pinkish nude, which is perfect for everyday wear. Melted Fuchsia, on the other hand, is a total knockout bombshell hot pink!
Rocking Melted Fuchsia for a night out on the town. I'm loving it against my blonde hair. |
Every time I wear Melted Fuchsia, I feel confident and ready to take on the world. And isn't that how we should all feel every day?
Too Faced Melted Liquified Longwear Lipstick retails for $21 at sephora.com.

ReplyDeleteI love that bright lippy on you!
ReplyDeleteLove the Melted lipsticks. I have Melted Nude and Melted Fig and I love them. The only thing I hate about them is the applicator, because I can never quite get the perfect edges with it. But that's just a minor complaint!
ReplyDeleteSuch a great shade!
