#TextureTuesday: My Top 5 Favorite Bliss Moisturizers and Masks

I really, really, REALLY love #TextureTuesday. And today's is brought to you by my collection of Bliss products in the early morning light.

For as long as I can remember in my skincare journey, Bliss has been there. I used to frequent the spas in New York (Bliss 49 was always my favorite). I had the spa membership for my first year living in LA -- and, trust me, I've been thinking about getting it again! And, of course, the products have always ranked highly in my skincare arsenal. If Bliss makes a product, I try it -- and, chances are, I LOVE it. These five are no exception! Here's just a little about why I love each one.

Bliss What a Melon Reviving & De-stressing Overnight Mask
I'm going to admit something to you. I don't just use this as an overnight mask. The gel texture is so light and airy, I can't help but use it as a daytime moisturizer once in awhile! It's perfect when the temps heat up and you just need something cool and refreshing on your skin. Plus, I love the light watermelon scent -- it fades fairly quickly, so you're not stuck smelling a sickly sweet watermelon aroma on your skin all day, but it's so delicious going on. Bliss is continuing to expand their What a Melon range, and I have a feeling I'll be snapping up the rest of the products soon enough!

Bliss In the Honey Mega Moisturizing Lavender Honey Mask
Honey has the perception of being sticky -- and with good reason, because it is. Not so with this mask, which is delightfully slick and easy to slide right into the skin. 10 minutes and your skin is GLOWING. I've been suffering from a bout of extreme dryness recently, and this made my skin feel baby smooth in no time.

Bliss Ex-Glow-Sion Super Rich Moisturizer
I actually first wrote about how much I loved this moisturizer all the way back in 2013. I love that it sinks right into skin without leaving behind any greasy residue. I love that it contains shea butter for ultimate moisture action. And I love that it contains Vitamin C! Basically, I just love everything about it. You will, too.

Bliss Mighty Marshmallow Bright & Radiant Whipped Mask
If you're worried about rubbing super sweet marshmallows on your face, don't be. This mask is aptly named for the light, pillowy, marshmallow-like texture. A mere 10-15 minutes with this mask on your visage and you'll reveal glowy, radiant, softer-than-soft skin. I love using it right before I follow with Drench & Quench (what's that? Keep reading!) to really lock in moisture.

Bliss Drench & Quench Cream-to-Water Hydrator
This is another longtime favorite of mine. I love the blue hue, I love the lightweight almost water-like texture, I love that it doesn't leave any greasiness or stickiness behind. All you'll find is super smooth skin without an ounce of dryness anywhere. And, really, what could be better than that?

  1. I love looking at and touching the textures of skincare products. Weird, but true! LOL! I don't think I've tried anything from Bliss in quite a while. These all sound very nice.

  2. Evil enabler. This article has convinced me that it's time to try Bliss, that there are formulas that will work for even my Sahara Desert dry skin!

  3. You are a true Bliss girl. The pastels intrigue me but scent can be a problem. Watermelon is a go and I think the Marshmallow would be too.
