Every October, pink products invade the market for breast cancer awareness. And, while do believe in the cause, I don't always get involved in all of the product hoopla surrounding the month. This year, however, I couldn't help but gravitate toward a few of them. Read on to see my favorites.

Support Breast Cancer Awareness: Alterna Caviar Anti-Aging Limited Edition Working Hair Spray
I went to town with this hairspray the first time I used it, spraying it all over my hair and then sleeping on it. When I woke up in the morning? Every strand was right where I left it -- and my hair was SOFT. If it's possible for a hairspray to feel like a leave-in conditioning treatment, Alterna's does the trick thanks to caviar extract and Vitamin B5.
One thing is for certain: it's never leaving my side.
Alterna Caviar Anti-Aging Limited Edition Working Hair Spray retails for $28 at sephora.com. 5 percent of proceeds from every can will be donated to The National Breast Cancer Foundation.

If you're looking for a way to support breast cancer awareness and eat something delicious at the same time, I've got good news for you. Support Breast Cancer Awareness: Deborah Lippmann Shape of My Heart

Throughout the month of October, I will be featuring products with proceeds going toward various breast cancer awareness charities.
I'm not normally one for pale pink nail polish -- but in the case of Deborah Lippmann Shape Of My Heart, I'll make an exception. I love the creamy texture and the rich opacity of the pastel hue -- it's actually not like any other polish in my collection.
Seen here with three thin coats. This is on day four -- and not even a hint of tip wear!
Deborah Lippmann Shape of My Heart retails for $17 at beauty.com. A portion of proceeds from each sale will be donated to the Hoag Hospital Breast Cancer Center.

Support Breast Cancer Awareness: Archipelago Botanicals Ribbons of Love Travel Tin
Throughout the month of October, I will be featuring products with proceeds going toward various breast cancer awareness charities.
A blend of grapefruit, clementine and pomelo wafts delicately through the air, leaving behind an aroma so sensuous and delicious, it's tough not to pick the Archipelago Botanicals Ribbons of Love Travel Tin up and eat it.
Seriously, it smells amazing. The pale pink tin looks beautiful atop any vanity or coffee table. And it burns for around 55 hours!
Archipelago Botanicals will donate 50 percent of web sales to The City of Hope.

Support Breast Cancer Awareness: Philosophy Shower for the Cure

Throughout the month of October, I will be featuring products with proceeds going toward various breast cancer awareness charities.
As if the fabulously creamy texture weren't enough, Philosophy Shower for the Cure smells amazing. I'm a huge fan of Philosophy shower gels in general -- my dream shower would have every single one lining the rim -- but this one is currently at the top of my list. Milky notes combine with tangerine nectar for a lush, delightfully rich aroma that lasts for hours but never feels cloying.
Philosophy Shower for the Cure is $20. 100 percent of the proceeds will go to the Women's Cancer Research Fund.

Support Breast Cancer Awareness: Sabon Pink Bath Basket

I am a total bath junkie. I could take a bubble bath every night of the week and never get bored! So the new Sabon Pink Bath Basket is just totally right up my alley. And since Sabon is one of my fave brands anyway, how could I pass up such a sweet deal? The Pink Bath Basket includes 6 totally amazing products:
Bath Foam
Body Gel Polisher
Baby Candles
Sorbet Body Gel
Fresh Cut Soap
Bath Ball
It's honestly difficult to pick a fave from among all these standouts. But the Body Gel Polisher wins my vote, only because it makes skin super-soft and smooth even in the roughest of climates.
And as an added bonus, 30 percent of the proceeds from each sale will be donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation this October. Plus you'll be able to relax and pamper yourself for weeks with everything this basket includes. Does it get any better than that?

Support Breast Cancer Awareness: Philosophy She Colors My Day

I'm not quite ready to admit that fall is here -- even if I am wearing tights and boots. So Philosophy She Colors My Day is the perfect thing to keep me feeling springy. The kelly green liquid within the floral-emblazoned bottle is so bright and cheerful, it just puts a smile on my face every time I pour it into the tub.
Now, I must warn you. This stuff really is green. So use a bit sparingly, as it might start to stain the tub if too much is used at once! Luckily, it foams and bubbles so delightfully, you can sink into the mass and completely envelop yourself in lovely goodness.
This bottle was created by Philosophy founder Cristina Carlino to celebrate the bond between mothers and daughters. The song lyrics found on the bottle were written by Carlino after she was inspired by artwork drawn by her daughter. And the best part? 100 percent of proceeds will be donated to the Entertainment Industry Foundation's Women Cancer Research Fund. Your day will be quite colorful, I assure you.

Support Breast Cancer Awareness: Jo Malone Red Roses Cologne and Bath Oil

Because, you know what? We're not just talking one type of rose. We're talking seven. This fragrance takes seven different types of roses from around the world and turns them into an intriguingly delightful bouquet that just envelops your entire being. And with touches of lemon and spearmint, it's just the slightest bit zesty as well. But rather than becoming cloying or heavy, it sits lightly upon the skin and just makes you feel pretty and feminine. And the bath oil? It turns your bathtub into a bubbly mass of heaven!
You know what they say ... a rose is a rose is a rose.
Both the cologne and the bath oil are available on jomalone.com. The cologne is $60 for 30ml and $110 for 100ml, and the bath oil is $65 for 250ml. And throughout the month of October, Jo Malone will donate $15,000 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation from the sales of these products.

Support Breast Cancer Awareness: Ojon Pink Ribbon Revitalizing Mist

Much talk has been made of Ojon Oil -- a wild-crafted substance used by the Tawira Indians of Central America for over 500 years. This fabulous oil helps to restore, revitalize and fortify hair. So, of course, the Ojon Pink Ribbon Revitalizing Mist called out to me when I found out it contained this amazing product -- and I simply had to check it out!

Support Breast Cancer Awareness: Gianna Rose Atelier Soap For The Cure

The gift set is enticing even before it's unwrapped -- its slider gift box is patterned with a beautiful pink floral design, while inside are four square-shaped guest soaps. But these aren't just any soaps, mind you. They're French-milled, they're scented with Fresh Linen, and they're each embossed with a pink ribbon, signifying the company's commitment to the fight against breast cancer.
So why not do your part? For only $25 at giannarose.com, this set seems like a steal -- especially when you consider that 15 percent of proceeds from each sale will be donated to the Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation. Now that's something that smells good.
