Fruit That's Really Good For You: CoverGirl Wetslicks Fruit Spritzers

CoverGirl, CoverGirl Wetslicks Fruit Spritzers, lipgloss, lip gloss, lips, makeup, lip balm
I don't know about you, but I've been dying to try CoverGirl Wetslicks Fruit Spritzers ever since I saw the girls on America's Next Top Model doing the ads for them. Hearing about all the different flavors and colors really piqued my interest! So I was totally psyched to finally try them out.

The formula is super-conditioning, making your lips feel seriously soft and smooth while leaving behind a gorgeous hint of color. There are 12 amazingly tasty flavors to choose from -- so I picked three very different ones to really get the full effect.

First up? Guava Splash, which gave off an incredibly tangy, tart, and citrusy aroma as soon as I unscrewed the cap. It gave a pearlescent shimmer to my lips that really made them seem kissably delicious! Then I moved onto Plum Splash -- a deeply intense ruby hue that shimmered and glimmered upon my pout for hours. I finished with Lemon Splash (which, you may remember, was Chantal's chosen hue) -- the bright golden hue of which I must admit scared me at first! But then I realized it's actually clear with flecks of gold glitter, and that it smells and tastes just like a zesty lemon, and that above all it makes my lips look fabulous -- and all my qualms disappeared.

All in all, I'd say that CoverGirl has really hit one out of the park with these! I'm definitely going to be spritzing my lips with each and every one.

CoverGirl Wetslicks Fruit Spritzers retail for $6 each at drugstore.com.
