Giveaway: Two Tickets to Chicago on Broadway!

Chicago, Chicago The Musical, Chicago on Broadway, Broadway, giveaway, ticket giveaway, Broadway tickets, Broadway ticket giveawayMy giveaway this week is a bit out of the ordinary, seeing as it's not for beauty products. But I have a feeling you'll still be pretty excited, since I'm giving one lucky person the chance to win two tickets to the Broadway musical Chicago! As a total theater buff (I started performing at only 4 years old), I've seen pretty much every show on the Great White Way -- and Chicago is definitely one of my favorites. I love every song, I love the choreography, I love the story ... and, yes, I love the hair and makeup, too!

The winner will be able to choose 3 performances they would like to attend and one will be confirmed with the box office. Tickets range from $89-$116, depending on the seats, so this giveaway has a chance of being worth up to $232!

Here's how to enter:

1) Leave a comment below, telling me why you'd love to win this giveaway. Be sure your entry includes your email address or it will be disqualified.

2) Get an extra entry for liking The Beauty of Life on Facebook and leaving a comment on the wall that says: I want to win the Chicago tickets!

3) Get an extra entry for following both me and Chicago on Twitter and tweeting: Hey @BeautyChick101 and @ChicagoMusical, I want to win two tickets!
Be sure you are following both of us or your entry will be disqualified.

Note: You don't need to leave multiple comments telling me you've entered on Facebook and Twitter as well. Rest assured all votes are being checked and counted! One comment here will suffice. Thanks!

THE RULES:
This giveaway ends on Friday, January 28 at midnight. One winner will be chosen AT RANDOM on Saturday, January 29. Maximum of THREE ENTRIES (one for each way listed above). For your entry on this blog, you must include your email address!! Multiple entries will be disqualified. Giveaway is open to US residents only.

Visit chicagothemusical.com for more info about the show!

  1. I used to see Broadway shows quite regularly, especially musicals. For the past several years, I've been sick and depressed, becoming a virtual recluse, isolating from the rest of the world. All the things I used to love doing seems to now require so much effort. This year, I promised myself to become part of the world again, and force myself to attend social events and gatherings, having fun. I have yet to follow through with this promise to myself but being given the opportunity to attend one of the most entertaining shows on Broadway, at no cost to me, would be a nice way of getting started. This is such an incredibly entertaining show that one can't have a bad time even if they wanted to. So this opportunity would be a wonderful first step toward beginning the long journey of getting my life back on track. It would also give me the opportunity to do something fun with my mom where I was able to treat her for a change.

Thanks for offering this very generous giveaway.

  2. I would love to win this because I recently (well last march) moved to New York City and have yet to see a show! I used to be in theater at my college and right after I transfered they put on Chicago. I wish she would have put it on while I was there so I could have been in the show. So if I got the chance to see it that would be awesome! Plus then maybe I could get my boyfriend to actually go into the city for once! (we live on SI)

    Thank you!

  3. My mother's Christmas gift to me this year was a day trip to NYC next weekend to see Chicago, which she won tickets through the facebook contest for. I was so excited to hear!! I have been following and seeing Chicago all over the country for years, this will be my 14th time! I have danced since I was 3 years old and my mom has been a great support this entire time. I've even been in a local South Jersey theatre's production of Chicago where I was a cell block girl and one of the choreographers. That was an experience I will always cherish.

My mom got the ticket in the mail this week and it was only one ticket. We didn't realize when she won that it was only one. She does not want to go without me much like I do not want to see the show without her. This is something we enjoy together and wanted to treat ourselves to a nice day away from everything at home...

My mom was recently unemployeed and is beginning to loose hope of finding a new job. I'm worried about her since she's on her own and I feel she's getting depressed. Winning the tickets and being able to give me a Christmas gift that she knew we would enjoy together was something she was really proud to be able to do. I would love for us still to be able to make a day in the city togehter, including seeing our favorite musical, like old times. She tried to do this for me, and I would like to fix things and be able to do this for her.

Thank you in advance for your consideration in this contest. My name is Aurora, and my email is auroracassidy@gmail.com.

    Thank you!

  21. Aside, from being a big theater aficionado, I would love to win these tickets to treat my mom to one of the finest musical productions around on her birthday. I never actually saw the one on Broadway (just local productions) so I can only imagine how imaginably wonderful it is! I constantly listen to the Chicago tunes on my Broadway playlist and think this is a must see show! :)
