Chocolatey Goodness: The Hot Cocoa Manicure and Pedicure at Haven

What's better than eating chocolate? Well, nothing. But if you're trying to watch your weight -- especially after (unfortunately) packing on the pounds after all that holiday eating -- then the new Hot Cocoa Manicure and Pedicure at Haven is definitely a good way to go! That way, you get all the chocolatey goodness but none of the calories. See, this beauty chick is looking out for you!

Haven is already one of my go-to spots for spray tanning and facials. (Click here and here for my recaps of those fabulous treatments.) But I'd heard so much about their mani-pedis, I simply had to swing by and check them out. And I must say I am quite glad I did! This decadent treat left my hands and feet looking and feeling utterly fantastic.

After settling into my seat on the comfortable pillow-laden banquette, I was treated to 75 glorious minutes of sloughing, buffing, scrubbing and massaging with a cocoa scrub and cocoa butter. In addition, the pedicure started with a milk bath that was just hot enough to make me forget the cold temperatures outside.

After all the normal steps included in a manicure and pedicure, my tips and toes were polished to perfection. I brought my own colors this time -- Chanel Shanghai Red for my toes and Chanel Organdy for my tips. (Hey, I'm in the middle of a Chanel polish frenzy right now!)

Best of all, the duo is only $60. Much better than spending it on empty calories, right?
