Maalouf Nail Polish was a short-lived collection from hair and makeup artist Joey Maalouf (AKA Rachel Zoe's BFF). The collection included 14 different nail polishes, including this gleaming stunner. I've had this bottle sitting in my bin of "must tries" for, oh, I don't know ... a year or so. And I honestly have no idea why it took me so long, since two coats yield absolutely perfect shining silver. No streaks, no smudges, no brushstrokes, no dragging ... just intense, mirrored, glistening, shimmering silver. The consistency is very similar to butter LONDON Lillibet's Jubilee, which is one of my faves.
Also, I'm sure this nail polish had a name other than silver, but my bottle didn't include one. The collection doesn't seem to be available anymore -- in fact, upon searching for the brand, all I could find is the Facebook page.
While most people would probably want to save this color for a night out, I'm loving it for a regular old Monday. It's a fabulous pick me up!
