I. Love. Getting. Facials. If it wasn't actually bad to treat the skin TOO much, I'd get them daily, or at least weekly. There's just something so satisfying about knowing all the gunk has come away from your pores and your skin is left looking and feeling its best. And when facials are done at a spa as amazing as Heyday? Well, how could I NOT want to go there every day? (Psst: keep reading to find out how you can SAVE $10 on your first Heyday facial!)

I don’t know about you, but I’m pretty obsessed with Gwyneth Paltrow and goop. I get the weekly emails, I have the app, I peruse all the listings for LA of the places I need to eat, drink, spa, the list goes on. And on a recent readthrough of their LA listings, I discovered SaunaBar.

Have you ever tried cupping? And, if not, have you been interested? I did it once before, about 10 years ago, with my acupuncturist in New York. And I honestly loved it, but I just never had the inclination to do it again ... until I discovered Paloma Sanders of Massage SoCal, that is.

If you're ever looking for an oasis in the middle of hectic, crazy LA (okay, maybe not that hectic and crazy, but it IS still a big city), look no further than Kate Somerville Skin Health Experts. I've long been a fan of Kate Somerville products -- stemming all the way back to 2008 -- and, about eight months ago, I finally decided to pop into the spa for a facial.

Well, fast forward to today. I not only went for one facial, I've gone back every month! I even signed up for their Skin Gym Membership, which means I get monthly facials for $33 less than the non-member price -- Skin Gym is an AMAZING deal and totally worth it if you want regular facials! Here are all the reasons why I'm obsessed with Kate Somerville Skin Health Experts -- and why I'm pretty sure you will be, too.

Back in February, I took a trip to Los Angeles to visit my old roommate and very dear friend, Todd. We spent a day at Disneyland, had burgers at In-N-Out, hung out by the pool ... you know, everything you're supposed to do in LA. And, of course, I simply had to visit a spa while I was in town. I took some time out to get a pedicure at Spa Nordstrom at South Coast Plaza.

Looking for one of the best spa experiences in NYC? Visit Exhale Spa. To be honest, I'm pretty surprised I hadn't written about the fabulousness of Exhale before. Sure, I'd written about Core Fusion, but how did I not ever discuss how wonderful the spa is? I'm rectifying that lapse in judgment right now.

If there's one thing I've had to get used to since moving to Pittsburgh, it's the fact that blowout bars don't exist here. Add to that the fact that all salons are closed on Sundays (and most on Mondays as well) and my hair is definitely a little unhappy. Well, until I discovered the fabulousness that is Studio Booth, that is.
